pump.fun

Every token gets its own on-chain fee wallet

At launch, a wallet is created for that project alone; the token's creator fees are pointed at it and locked there in the same transaction, so anyone can verify on-chain exactly what each project earned. pump.fun pays in SOL. We read the GoFundMe campaign link from the token's description and claim the fees on a schedule. Every claim splits: 80% to the creator and 20% to buy and burn $GLM.

Kraken converts it to dollars

Every claim's campaign share reaches this step as SOL and converts to US Dollars at the same Kraken account. Conversions run in batches rather than one per donation.

$GLM is bought back and burnt

The 20% buys $GLM on the open market, in SOL, and burns it through the SPL Token program's own burn instruction, which removes it from supply rather than parking it at an address. Supply is fixed, and the buys and burns are on chain if you want to check them.

USD arrives in our GoFundMe balance

The dollars Kraken settles land in our donation float, held for GoFundMe and the treasury every donation is made from. It holds what is owed to campaigns between a claim and its donation, and we keep it ahead of what is owed.

The campaign receives the donation on GoFundMe

The donation leaves our balance and lands on the campaign's GoFundMe page, under the token's name so it shows on the donor list. Our donation worker completes checkout, so nobody taps a prompt. @gofundme_fun then posts GoFundMe's own receipt.

GoFundMe operations

GoFundMe donations are made by our donation worker from a dedicated card funded by the float. The worker completes checkout for each queued donation and stores the receipt returned by the GoFundMe interface. This is what makes the sends automatic.
