Legal
Terms of use
These terms govern the GoLaunchMe service. They set out what GoLaunchMe does with a token's creator fees, what it does not do, and what is expected of anyone who launches a token through it.
- Effective
- 17 September 2026
- Version
- 1.5
- Applies to
- The GoLaunchMe site, protocol and donation service
Changed on 17 September 2026: clause 10 describes donations as made on GoFundMe for as long as the named campaign accepts them, with an undeliverable donation held for 14 days and then passing to the protocol treasury. A held balance otherwise arises only under clauses 12 and 14.
1The service
GoLaunchMe is a bridge between token creator fees and GoFundMe. When a token directs its creator fees to GoLaunchMe, we claim those fees on chain, convert the campaign share to dollars, and donate it to the GoFundMe campaign named in the token's metadata.
GoLaunchMe does not issue tokens, operate a launchpad, run a market, make a market, or provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It does not custody your wallet and never asks for a private key or a seed phrase. Registration is permissionless: no application is made to us and no approval is given by us.
“You” means whoever is reading this document, in whichever of the two roles clause 6 and clause 7 set out.
2The operator
GoLaunchMe is operated by a private company (the “Operator”, also “GoLaunchMe”, “we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and the Operator. The Operator's legal name and place of organization are not published on this site. They will be disclosed in connection with any dispute under these Terms, to any arbitrator or court, and where the law requires it.

- A recipient share withheld under clause 12 or clause 14, held until that clause resolves it.
4Acceptance
You accept these Terms by using this site, by launching a token through it, or by directing a token's creator fees to the GoLaunchMe treasury. Directing fees is itself acceptance: if you point a token's creator fees at the treasury, these Terms bind you as that token's deployer whether or not you ever visit this site.
5Eligibility
To use GoLaunchMe you must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You must not be listed on any United States government list of sanctioned or restricted persons, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, and you must not be located in, organized in, or a resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions, or any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive United States sanctions. GoLaunchMe is not offered where using it would be unlawful, and by using it you represent that all of the above is true of you.
6If a token names you
You are not a party to these terms and you have not agreed to anything. A token can name any GoFundMe campaign without its organiser's knowledge, consent or involvement, and nothing in this document imposes an obligation on a recipient.
A share of claimed fees becomes payable to your campaign and is donated to it on GoFundMe when it crosses a donation milestone, for as long as the campaign accepts donations. If it does not, the donation is held for the window clause 10 describes. Receiving a donation does not create a relationship between you and GoLaunchMe, or between you and whoever launched the token. It does not make you a customer, a partner, a promoter or an endorser of anything, and no payment should be read as any of those things.
If you do not wish to receive donations, pausing donations on your GoFundMe campaign stops them generally. You can also ask us directly to remove your campaign and not donate to it; clause 13 sets out how.
7If you launch a token
You are responsible for the token you deploy and for everything about it, including its name, ticker, artwork, description and the lawfulness of launching it where you are. Directing creator fees to GoLaunchMe does not make GoLaunchMe the token's issuer, promoter, operator or sponsor, and you must not represent that it does.
You are responsible for the campaign you name. You must not name a campaign in order to imply an endorsement, affiliation, partnership or approval that does not exist, you must not name a campaign you know or suspect to be fraudulent, and you must not name a campaign in order to harass, defame or impersonate any person.
Registration is permissionless and there is no review queue. That is not a statement that anything is permitted. GoLaunchMe may decline to claim fees for a token, decline to pay out against it, or remove it from the site, at any time and without notice.
8Deployer representations
By directing a token's creator fees to the GoLaunchMe treasury, you represent and warrant that: you have the lawful right to create the token and to direct its fees; the token's name, description, and artwork are lawful and do not infringe any third party's rights; you are not a sanctioned or restricted person and are not acting for one; you named the recipient campaign in good faith and not to harass its organiser or beneficiary or to imply endorsement; you will not claim any affiliation between the token and GoLaunchMe, GoFundMe, the campaign, or any launchpad beyond what is factually true; you are complying with the terms of the launchpad the token was created on; and the information you provide is accurate.
9Payments and the split
Every claim divides the same way: 80% to the recipient and 20% retained as the protocol cut. The split is fixed, it is identical for every token, and GoLaunchMe takes nothing on top of it. The protocol cut is spent buying $GLM on the open market and burning it, as described on the $GLM page.
Donations are made on GoFundMe, which is operated by GoFundMe and not by GoLaunchMe. Its availability, limits, fees and eligibility rules are GoFundMe's. GoLaunchMe cannot change them, override them, or guarantee that any particular campaign is able to receive a donation.
Amounts are converted to dollars at the point of donation. Anything a campaign receives is its organiser's to report. Clause 14 covers tax.
10Donations and undeliverable donations
When a campaign share crosses a donation milestone it is donated to the named campaign on GoFundMe. A donation to a campaign that is paused, closed or removed cannot be delivered and is held by GoLaunchMe for 14 days. If the campaign accepts donations again within that window the donation is made. A donation still undeliverable when the window ends passes to the protocol treasury, where it funds the $GLM buyback in the same way as the protocol cut, and is no longer payable to the campaign. Once made, a donation belongs to the campaign and is governed by GoFundMe's terms, including its refund and withdrawal rules, which GoLaunchMe does not control. An amount withheld under the reserved rights or taxes sections is a held balance and is held until that section resolves it. Donations depend on GoFundMe and on the flow described in the docs, and a payout is made when it can lawfully and practically be made. If anything elsewhere on the site describes unclaimed payments or held balances differently, this section controls.
11Prohibited uses
You may not use GoLaunchMe, directly or through a token, to launder money or move proceeds of crime, to evade sanctions, to commit fraud, to engage in manipulative or deceptive trading practices, to impersonate any person, or to do anything unlawful. You may not name a campaign in order to harass, defame, or extort its organiser or beneficiary, to exploit their circumstances, or to imply that they endorse, sponsor, or are involved with a token or with GoLaunchMe. You may not use a token's name, description, or artwork in a way that infringes anyone's intellectual property or publicity rights. You may not interfere with the service or attempt to circumvent a removal, a do-not-fund listing, or any other decision made under these Terms, including by relaunching a token for a campaign that has opted out.
12Reserved rights
We may refuse, delay, or decline to register a token, to display a campaign, or to make a payout, and we may delist a token or suspend any part of the service, where we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, by sanctions, by a court or government order, or by an action of GoFundMe, a launchpad, an exchange, a payment processor, or a bank, or that a token, a campaign, or a payout involves fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. An amount withheld under this section is held, and is paid or otherwise resolved when the reason for withholding is resolved. We are not liable for a refusal, delay, or withholding made in good faith under this section.
13Removal and do-not-fund
Any organiser or beneficiary may ask that their campaign be removed from GoLaunchMe and not be funded. Send the request with reasonable proof of your connection to the campaign to @gofundme_fun on X or to admin@golaunchme.fun. We honor removal within 7 days. A removed campaign is placed on a do-not-fund list: it is no longer displayed on the site, we stop claiming the creator fees of tokens that name it, leaving those fees unclaimed on chain, any donation already made stays with the campaign, and any balance accrued but not yet donated passes to the protocol treasury when the removal takes effect.
14Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes. Amounts received through GoLaunchMe may be taxable to the recipient, and directing a token's fees may have tax consequences for the deployer; what applies depends on your circumstances and your jurisdiction, and GoLaunchMe does not characterize any payment for tax purposes. GoLaunchMe does not provide tax advice and does not currently issue tax documents. Where law requires it, we may collect tax information, report a payment, or withhold from it, and we may condition a payout on the recipient providing information the law requires us to collect. A payout conditioned this way is treated as a held balance until the information is provided.
15Intellectual property
The GoLaunchMe name, marks, site design and written content belong to GoLaunchMe. Token names, tickers and artwork belong to whoever created them and are shown to identify a registered token. GoFundMe, pump.fun, pons.family, Robinhood and four.meme names, marks and badges belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those services. See the disclosures page.
16No warranty
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
On-chain systems fail, RPC providers go down, claims revert, launchpads change their fee mechanics, and third-party rails change their rules without notice. GoLaunchMe does not guarantee that any fee will be claimable, that any claim will succeed, that any payment will settle, that any figure shown is current, or that the service will be available at any given time.
17Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoLaunchMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or token value, however caused.
GoLaunchMe's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total protocol cut it actually retained in respect of the token giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Tokens are high risk. GoLaunchMe is not responsible for the value or behaviour of any token, including $GLM, and is not responsible for the acts of any launchpad, chain, bridge or payment rail it depends on.
18Indemnity
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your token, its name, description, or artwork, the campaign it names, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or of any third party's rights.
19Disputes, arbitration, and governing law
Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or any proceeding, you must send a written description of the dispute to admin@golaunchme.fun and give us 30 days to resolve it with you. We will do the same before starting a proceeding against you.
Agreement to arbitrate. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, the protocol, a token registered with it, a payout, a held balance, or $GLM will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration will be decided by one arbitrator, seated in Wyoming, and conducted by videoconference or on written submissions unless the arbitrator finds an in-person hearing necessary. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
What stays in court. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies there, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized use of the service.
Individual basis only. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. Neither party may participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. This waiver of class and representative proceedings is an essential part of this section. If a court finds it unenforceable as to a particular dispute, that dispute must be decided in court, and the rest of this section still applies to everything else.
Jury waiver. To the extent a dispute proceeds in court, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
Who decides what. The arbitrator decides all questions about the interpretation, applicability, and enforceability of this section, except that a court decides the enforceability of the class and representative waiver above.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration section by sending a notice to admin@golaunchme.fun within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, the campaign or wallet you use, and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year of the date it accrued, or it is permanently barred, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Governing law and venue. These Terms and any dispute under them are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any matter that belongs in court under this section must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
20Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here, and the effective date and version at the top of this page identify it. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to direct fees to GoLaunchMe after a change means you accept the version then published.
21Contact
GoLaunchMe is contactable at @gofundme_fun on X and at admin@golaunchme.fun. Legal notices, dispute notices under clause 19, and arbitration opt-outs go to admin@golaunchme.fun. Removal and do-not-fund requests under clause 13 go there too, or to @gofundme_fun on X.
Note that on-chain records cannot be deleted by GoLaunchMe or by anyone else, and that whether a campaign accepts donations at all is a setting on GoFundMe rather than something GoLaunchMe controls.
